The
purpose of developing this web site is to give a helping hand to the
students as well as to the teachers of the subject- Engineering
Drawing. The subject also goes under the name of Engineering
Graphics / Technical Drawing and forms an essential part of the
syllabus of any course in Engineering. Moreover, it is also taught
at different levels. For trade courses such as draughtsman, fitter,
turner, welder etc. For engineering diplomas courses such as Civil,
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Plastic etc. and for Engineering
degree courses such as Civil, Mechanical, Production, Electrical,
Automobile, Chemical, Plastics, etc.
The contents offer
a selection of questions on various topics. The questions can be
used for classroom teaching, tutorials or classroom assignments,
home assignments spot tests and final examinations.
A few lectures on
the most common topics will also be useful for self study, class
room teaching or guided study.
